How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days. Delivery times are also displayed during the checkout process! Please note our shipping policies.
Do you also ship abroad?
We only offer shipping within Europe on our direct website. Soon, we will also offer international shipping via Amazon!
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an order that reserves an item before it is available. Delivery times for pre-orders are indicated on the product page and in the confirmation email. Please refer to our shipping policy.
What is your return policy?

Questions about the product
Is the grinder included in the ShinyBox?
No, the grinder is sold separately or in the All in One Box and Mystery Box.
How much weed can be stored in the glass containers?
Each jar has space for 3 to 5 g of weed.
What is the brush for?
The brush is used to keep the box and tray clean. You can use it to sweep away small crumbs and use the back to pack your joint.
What are the dimensions of the box?
Length: 25.4cm - Width: 18cm - Height: 10.3cm
Do you offer customizations?
No, but you're welcome to make your own customizations! If you do, please tag us on all posts! We love seeing all your creative designs!
Product condition
Our wooden boxes are natural products, so slight irregularities in grain or structure may occur. These small variations make each box unique and emphasize the natural beauty of the wood.
Care of the box
How can I set my lock?
To unlock your lock, slide the knob to the right. The default code is 000. To reset the code, slide the knob to the left and adjust the dials to your desired code. Once you release, your code is set. You can reset the code at any time by doing so using the currently set code! Please see our lock tutorial.
What happens if we forget the code for our lock?
Unfortunately, there's no way to change the code if you forget it. However, we do offer lock replacement kits.
Bamboo care & tips
Cleaning: Wipe the bamboo box regularly with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. Avoid abrasive cleaners, which could scratch the surface.
Avoid excessive moisture: Bamboo is susceptible to damage from excessive moisture. Store the bamboo box in a dry environment and avoid exposing it to high humidity for extended periods.
Protect from sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause bamboo to fade and dry out. If the box is outdoors or near windows, you should change its location regularly.
Storage: When not in use, store the bamboo box in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing it in damp or wet rooms, as this can lead to mold.
